Department of Meteorology has two major activities: teaching and research. Within teaching activities the Department has undergraduate and graduate studies with doctoral program. In the research activities there are national and international programs as well as cooperation with National Meteorological Services. The main national project, internationaly reviewed, is supported by Ministery of Science. It is a five year project with the name "Weather and Climate Prediction in Serbia". International projects are carried out within the ADRICOSM Partnership, an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Environment and Territory: ADRICOSM-EXT, ADRICOSM-STAR and SINTA.
